On a trip upon a magic swirlin’ ship.

I build software and machines, currently mostly robots. I’m based in Hyderabad and lead robotics at PopVax, where I’m building systems to automate wet-lab research.

I’m interested in humanistic hardware, data visualisation, and teaching AI to work better with people. A lot of that comes down to harness design: giving models the right tools, context, and feedback. I’m exploring this at both ends of the spectrum, from an ARC-AGI solver skill, where an answer can be checked, to Unshot, an agentic interface for creative media, where taste and intent matter.

Outside work, I take photographs, travel whenever I can, and read Roman history for fun. Last year I completed the Annapurna Circuit, including Tilicho Lake, one of the world’s highest glacial lakes, and Thorong La, one of its highest trekking passes. These days I’m training for long-distance running and cycling, and learning to surfskate.

Earlier work

Before PopVax, I worked at Adaptive, starting with design and product before moving into engineering, GTM, and sales. Before that, I was the first designer at Merkle Science, where I helped build its crypto-forensics product. I also worked on collaborative visual brainstorming at Microsoft.

A few earlier projects
